Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product arrives in poor condition

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused and in the same condition received

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been completed

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • In cases of damaged or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other return reasons, shipping fees may be the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
